Review:
Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town on a quiet side street, just off the main square. It's ideal for exploring the city, with the Puccini museum close by. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a good place to rest after a day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. the only downside was the small breakfast selection, but with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk around and explore. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but fresh, with great coffee and pastries.
There was no air conditioning in the summer, which made the rooms too hot to stay in. The credit card machine didn't work, which caused some issues during check-in.

We loved the hotel for its central location around the corner from two lively squares and close to everything to see or visit. The staff were very welcoming and kindly showed us to a safe parking space nearby for our Vespas. The room was comfortable, tidy, and quiet, and the hotel facilities were useful.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful Italian city. This hotel offers exceptional value for money - it's a hidden gem tucked away on a side street off the central church square in a medieval center. The staff are incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms themselves were comfortable with big, firm beds and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved my room which overlooked the bustling street below, and the bathroom was clean with all the essentials. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast provided by the hotel. The freshly made coffee, bread, jams, and sweet treats were a delightful way to start each day.
No improvements needed - this hotel exceeded my expectations.
